When searching with your job number you can either enter the 5 digit Fonefix Job Number (if you know it), or alternatively you may have a number provided to you by one of our dealers when booking the job in, which may look something like 'SWxxxxxxx' or 'MSxxxxxx' - this may depend on the dealer's system and how the job was booked in. Generally Fonefix will track this number as well as our own number.
